Plastic Packaging Cups
Our technological base is again reflected in the design and manufacture of plastic packaging cups.There are certain food products need to be packed in thick molded cups while some products are preferred to be packed in thermoformed cups due to economical and other considerations. We have
a very good molding facility (albeit with limited capacity at the moment but is being expanded soon) and a good capacity thermoforming facility at our associate’s plant. We also have excellent design & tool making facility which helps us to offer most appropriate packaging cups for specific applications. Cups are offered plain or multicolor offset printed. |

 | Plastic Packaging Containers World over thermoformed or moulded plastic containers are used for packing :
- Dairy products (yoghurt, cheese, butter, etc)
- Liquid products ( fruit juices, wines, milk based drinks, etc)

| Thermoformed Disposable This is a standard PP thermoformed cup of 75 mm. dia. for packing 250 / 300 ml. water.
It is designed to be used on our automatic filling machine model- EW but can also be used on any packing machine.
Considering water as a very low value product for marketing , this cup is made as thin wall disposable cup just strong enough to hold 300 ml. water. This keeps the cost low.
This 75 mm. dia. cup is available also as a standard rigid packaging cup for capacity 50 to 300 ml.

| Packaging Container These wide mouth containers are available in various sizes and shapes and in various materials.
From 80 mm to 140 dia. mm they are mostly available as thermoformed containers in PP, PET, PVC, HIPS materials for packing various processed foods & industrial products.
Injection molded containers are custom made on designs provided by the customer. Our range is vast and details on stock sizes will be available on specific request.

| Moulded Containers We have developed special packaging containers for consumer marketing of fatty products such as butter, Ghee, Margarine, cheese etc. A special grade of PP is selected for this specific application. Containers have rounded corners for easy removing of the product.
This is a molded container. Millions have already been supplied.
