About Us

We are basically an engineering enterprise (established in 1961) specializing in manufacturing Jigs & fixtures – Dies – Molds- etc. Over the years we have supplied thousands of high precision tools for large power plants – turbines – power generators –switchgears-large transformers, railway traction equipments etc.In late 80’s a new division was created for developing packaging machines which became one of the best manufacturer & suppliers in India for automatic cup filling & sealing machines for dairy & cosmetic industries. Over a thousand machines are operating in India – Africa – Sri Lanka-Middle East – Australia etc-.most with repeat orders which speaks of our high standards.

In early 90’s most of our multinational customers were facing difficulties in procuring packaging materials- particularly high quality plastic cups and aluminum foil lids. This led us to create new divisions.

And a new enterprise was established in partnership with Micro Packaging of Australia under the name PRECISION FOILS PVT LTD which to-day is one of the largest manufacturers of foil lids in Asia & exporting over 50% of its production to many advanced countries all over the world. From USA to Japan PRECISION is the name many companies look to for high quality foil lids supplies.Another division was established as C.A.ZAVERI & CO (CAZ BRAND) for manufacturing high quality plastic cups. But our production capacity is limited at present and only a few multinational companies are being supplied by this division. Expansion is already underway and soon many of our customers all over the world will start getting supplies from us.
